So the other day I was trying to come up with an exciting new way to document my travels and inspiration from abroad. How do I capture the constant inspiration that surrounds me in Florence, and other cities I am lucky enough to travel to? Then it hit me. In the fashion industry, sources of inspiration can come from anywhere, however mood boards and trend boards are some of the outlets we look to first.
By creating these visual boards, I am attempting to somewhat capture the beauty and inspiration that surrounds me, whether it be from fashion, a city or even a painting. I am SO excited to start sharing these because this will be a way to remember these wonderful experiences that I am so thankful to have!
CROATIA INSPIRED MOOD BOARD
In Croatia one of the first things that struck me as beautiful was the Port of Split. Having been in Florence for about a month, the nautical and beachy vibes were so different and refreshing. The turquoise waters glittered in the sunlight while on a boat tour of the Dalmatian Islands, and this was a sight like I had never seen before. Large green palm trees lined the coast and the breezy air made the atmosphere even more memorable.
